What is temperature-controlled storage?

Temperature controlled storage units are just what they sound like: units where temperature is kept under control! Temperature controlled storage helps to protect your items from extreme temperatures outside by maintaining a moderate temperature. Our temperature controlled units are air-conditioned like your house and monitored by our staff, so your items are less likely to be warped or damaged by extreme desert heat.

What is the difference between access hours and office hours?

Access hours are when tenants are allowed to come to the facility and access their storage unit. Office hours are the hours when one of our facility managers are available in our office to answer questions and assist customers.

Can I pay my bill online?

Absolutely! We take online bill payments right here on our website. Pay your bill online from home, whenever it’s most convenient for you, or set up auto-pay and never worry about missing your rent payment again.


What are your security features?

Our facilities feature secure fencing and a gated entry with access control, so only current tenants can access the facility. Our fenced perimeter offers secure, 360 degree protection and our facility managers keep a watchful eye over our properties.

Do you provide vehicle storage?

We certainly do! In fact, we have some of Santa Fe’s best vehicle storage options, with large indoor or outdoor parking options, including climate controlled indoor parking to protect your vehicle from the sweltering summer heat. Check out some of our storage options for your RV, boat, or vehicle.

How can I pay for my storage unit?

To make renting a storage unit or parking space even easier, we offer convenient online bill payment, including auto-pay options so you’ll never miss a payment. You can also swing by our facility office during our weekly office hours to pay your rent via check, or credit card.
